Elder Services of the Merrimack Valley

Elder Services and the Greater Boston Food Bank have joined forces to offer an Elder Brown Bag Program for income eligible residents 60 years and older living in the Merrimack Valley. Each month more than 1500 free bags of food are assembled for distribution at two sites, the first Tuesday in Haverhill and the third Tuesday in Lawrence. Volunteer Needs:

Volunteers are currently needed at the Haverhill site the first Tuesday of each month for set up, filling grocery bags, carrying bags to waiting cars, and clean up. Contact Dayna Brown or Laura Marsan at Elder Services.
